Farming strategies with hero units

Ok I tried a couple of conquers with my new white phoenix so heres the deal.
To farm level 10 bws I used my white phoenix 700k lizzs 1 bw 1 garg 1 axethrower
level 10 lizzs White phoenix 2 mil gargs 1 bw 1 troll/reaper

Feel free to add up any farm strategies with faction monsters

I was curious about the addition of the hero monsters into an army. I was hoping that they might do something beyond just be a super monster. Unfortunately, that's all they are, so far as I can see. I raided BW lvl 10 with the same army, just added the heroes. The same result from both raids, and the mobs were a fairly similar size. So my question is this...are they really worthwhile? I have wasted a bunch of gems and health pots trying to find these stupid eggs, I am thinking that since they are just super troops, they aren't really worth wasting time on. Anyone else feeling slighted with this?

Face, they are not just units that help you win battles.. They also give your army a buff.. speed, attack and defense if you get enough... They are totally worth getting.

Ya Face they are farmed extremely slow but that dowsnt make hero units useless.You know troops like trolls and reapers are farmed slow too but everyone keeps using them

true but if i have to send 200 searches for 3 monsters i could have had a lot more wids than i do know

Haha nice Ill start farming right away and if you sent 200 searches and you found 3 monsters that means tou are unlucky Googler.I gain a lot more eggs compared to you

2500 white phoe can take lizi lev 10 with 2-5losses and 5000 no losses
